Affinegy to Speak at CONNECTIONS(TM) Europe Summit hosted by Parks Associates

On Wednesday, November 4, 2009, Affinegy’s CTO Art Lancaster will participate on a panel entitled “Evolution of the “Digital Furnace”: Residential Gateways and Set-top Boxes” as part of the CONNECTIONS™ Europe Summit in Amsterdam. Moderated by Parks Associate Principal Analyst, Kurt Scherf, the round-table panel discussion will take place at 11:45 am and will address topics such as:

• The evolution of features that home hubs will support
• Support for features such as home monitoring, energy management, and health monitoring
• Network and hardware requirements for “future-proofed” home hubs
• The role of retail-purchased consumer electronics as compatible nodes
